  Completely handmade Gross 52 cm x 52 cm or Gross 45 cm x 45 cm copper plate, only a few basic hand tools and it is cut and handcrafted and bended with lots of patience. The production of rusted patina copper wall clock with numbers / dots which you have examined requires 10-14 hours of labor from beginning to end ( and it takes step by step totally 7-9 days ). After cutting the plates, I design the dots ( painted time signs which symbolize the numbers ) then I make a mold of the dots using my own method, and patiently draw it on the work of copper. Then, I make sure that the copper plates gain a massive appearance by using special material over copper plate, which we call rusting/oxidizing process ( by using my own method, copper gains 1-3 years of rusty appearance only in 4-5 days ). By doing this, copper gains aged brown and black colored natural patina. Then I apply some natural material over the plate and wait 2-3 days ( note that, the colors of the wall clock is not paint, it's fully natural ). After this step, I complete the process of lightening and giving texture, which requires a long hand work. Afterwards, I clean the residues on it by using a special chemical. At the last stage, I apply a protective material on it ( only on front size, because I want you to see after years the aged copper at the back side of your wall clock ). By doing this, I apply a protective substance on it at the last stage and wanted it to be protected for many years. In use, this wall clock will look great in your home, kitchen, bathroom, office, farmhouse, office, bathroom, living room, bedroom, garden, room, family home, in short, like where to go.
